The security guard at the entrance did not want to allow me in due to me not having an access code although I showed him the proof of payment along with my booking number. I tried to call the owner and get an access code but her phone was unavailable. I explained to the security that I could not get hold of the owner. He said there was nothing that he could do as he needed the access code. After half an hour I finally got hold of the owner. What is really disappointing is that there was no way for me being a solo traveler to enter my accommodation even though I had a booking number and proof of payment.
