Excellent communication with Stays York throughout our stay. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was very hot when we stayed and they had thoughtfully closed all the blinds and provided a fan. The apartment was in the perfect location.
Needs more recycling bins.

The location, central to York, was excellent. The flat was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Nice cotton sheets on the bed. The bathroom was fine, with a good shower. The lounge area with a sofa for 2 was also good.
On the top floor, the flat was especially hot - it was a heatwave. The fan provided was inadequate. The signal for the television was weak - nothing I did made it watchable. The several flights of stairs would be a problem for someone less mobile.

The location was very good and the rear garden area of the building was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable.
The place felt a little tired such as the rug and cushions. The place just didnt feel clean, especially the shower. The floor looked awful and we didnt want to use it. The cups werent clean, the drawers hadnt been wiped for a while and we found a pill resting on them. There was a mop in the cupboard that had seen better days. Towels were a bit grey as well.
