Location and accessibility to the beach
A larger table on the patio would have been nice to eat outside.

Location was great. Good views and close to everything
Mattress was super hard and the shower head was awful. It shot water every where but on your body. Toilet handle had to be held down the whole time while flushing.

All of it!
My only suggestion is top have some sort of motion light on the stairs. I stayed alone and it was quite hard to navigate the stairs and the lock in the dark
