    We stayed two nights. The second was added the day before and we changed to a high floor twin room . Room was larger than the double which was great. Facilities are excellent, breakfast very busy but quite good. Would recommend

    This hotel was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Japan. My daughter (who lives in Japan) was to meet our family at this hotel, but because our flight was delayed she had arrived before us & the man at the front desk (with the Nepalese/Korean name badge) was extremely aggressive with her. This employee harassed my daughter, immediately interrogating her, forcing her to “prove” she was a hotel guest by giving him her telephone number, which made her extremely uncomfortable! It got to a point where she even left the building to wait for us outside until we arrived late at night. She said she felt safer standing alone outside near the bars than in the lobby! When our group arrived during check in, the same man aggressively “took over” from another employee who was helping us. You could tell he believed his English speaking skills were superior to his peers, but I assure you it was not. This man was hands down the most unprofessional person I’ve ever experienced in the customer service industry. He was completely rude & aggressive; when speaking to women his tone was disrespectful and hostile. *My daughter didn’t tell anyone about her encounter until after we left Osaka because she was scared her father would confront the man on his behavior or else I’d have his name & not just a description. I am completely disappointed knowing this as I was assuming the rude encounter was only with myself & not all women. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone (especially any women) to stay at the Karaksa Hotel Grande Shin-Osaka Tower as long as this person is still employed.
