    The hotel is at a quiet corner near Shin Osaka, still a walking distance and can’t directly access except you on metro. You need to out from the exit to go to the hotel. Overall stlll a neat and clean hotel.

    A very comfortable stay with good value for money. The location is excellent, with convenient transport, and the property was clean. The room size, bathroom and sleep quality were better than expected, while the facilities and friendly staff added to the experience. Solid, reliable choice for stay.

    ห้องเล็ก แต่เตียงเล็กมากจ้า ตามประสาโรงแรมในญี่ปุ่น คือถ้ากระเป๋าใบใหญ่มาสองใบไม่มีที่เดิน แต่โลเคชั่นคือดี เดินแป๊บเดียวถึงสถานีรถไฟชินโอซาก้าทำให้ไปไหนๆ สะดวก ใต้ตึกมีร้านอาหารด้วย เดินไปอีกหน่อยก็มีมินิมาร์ท เหมาะกับการมาพักเพื่อเที่ยว ไม่เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อน เพราะห้องมันเล็กมากเธอ วิวตึก อาหารเช้าก็มีให้เลือก ุห้าหกอย่างซ้ำกันทุกวัน

    I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. When I approached the front desk for help, I was met with indifference and dismissive responses. There was little effort made to address my concerns, and communication felt poor throughout my stay.
