APA Hotel Shin Osaka Ekiminami

The bathtub was spacious.

The rooms were dusty.

The bed was comfy and the staff were really friendly and nice. Location was prime for getting to and from Shin-Osaka.

The room was too small. I understand that some rooms will be small in Japan but I felt like the photos online were very different from the a tual room. I didnt have under bed storage so had to have my bags in the hallway which was tiny and meant i couldn't opwn my bathroom door.

Overall, the hotel is small but built to a luxury standard. The bedroom is small but to a luxury standard too and therefore good. The staff were attentive, polite and tried their very best at all times. There was a stain on the duvet in my room. The Ole breakfast area is too small with too few seats. The wear and tear on the walls because of the lack of space gives a very poor impression, which is in contrast to the rest of the hotel. The solution is to remodel and expand the Ole breakfast area, extending its perimeter to where the current outside courtyard is now. Doing this would result in more space for the food, more tables and allow the decor of this room to match the excellence of rest of the hotel.
