    ห้องเล็ก แต่เตียงเล็กมากจ้า ตามประสาโรงแรมในญี่ปุ่น คือถ้ากระเป๋าใบใหญ่มาสองใบไม่มีที่เดิน แต่โลเคชั่นคือดี เดินแป๊บเดียวถึงสถานีรถไฟชินโอซาก้าทำให้ไปไหนๆ สะดวก ใต้ตึกมีร้านอาหารด้วย เดินไปอีกหน่อยก็มีมินิมาร์ท เหมาะกับการมาพักเพื่อเที่ยว ไม่เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อน เพราะห้องมันเล็กมากเธอ วิวตึก อาหารเช้าก็มีให้เลือก ุห้าหกอย่างซ้ำกันทุกวัน

    The location is close to Shin-Osaka train station BUT very difficult to find on arriving. Very clear instructions are required, as the location of under passes is not clear to walk to the hotel. Also, the room is excellent for size but the bathroom is difficult. A very deep step is required to enter and no handrail is provided and the bath is also very deep to step into for the shower and again no handrail provided. So not great for anyone who finds steps difficult.

    Nice hotel , near from shin Osaka Station. Room don't have space for big luggage. The staff was kindly I like coffee machine at lobby area it's really important for me 🥰 Air conditioner also very cold 😍

    I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. When I approached the front desk for help, I was met with indifference and dismissive responses. There was little effort made to address my concerns, and communication felt poor throughout my stay.
