    Staff are very helpful with keeping luggage before check-in time and explaining the policies. Even their cleaning staff are friendly and will greet you in the morning when they see you. When you leave the hotel during the day, you drop off your key at the front desk and they return it to you once you come back. Area is one station away from Shin-Osaka and Juso station so access was very good. It is around 6 minutes walk from Nishinakajima Minamigata station so if it's raining or it's cold, then will be a bit of a walk. I didn't have a chance to try their pancake buffet downstairs but they have a cafe indoors that guests may dine at. They have a laundry room next to the car park so it can be a bit cold, but there are around 4 washing and drying machines. This is a huge difference to some big chain hotels that only have one machine for the entire building. Other guests are usually working business people so the floors are very quiet, as are the staff. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Sunny Stone and would like to be back again after their renovations.

    The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, with reliable Wi-Fi enhancing the overall convenience. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Its prime location made getting around easy, and the facilities provided everything needed for a comfortable stay, delivering excellent value for money.
