The perfect place for experiencing Newquay

Everything about the apartment was great. From the overall decor and facilities to the tea tray on arrival. Off road parking was appreciated as well. Rooms were very nice (we’re used to a firmer bed, so the mattress was a bit soft for us). When we return to Newquay this is where we’ll be.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment, fantastic location and amazing views

Fantastic location, nice big spacious apartment with huge deck and amazing views. Really good secure parking (although my car got scratched by another resident but not because of the car park) useful surf store, nice bright and clean interior

No where to hang / dry towels or clothes in the apartment as there are no radiators or hooks so had to use the tumble dryer. No control over the heating as it’s underfloor and no thermostat, it’s wasn’t very warm the well we were there but as it was the summer the temp was set low.

Loved it and will be rebooking for next year

Host messaged to say property was ready earlier than expected and we had fresh milk in the fridge, everything was just perfect.

Lift wasn’t working but didn’t affect us and we were only 1st floor and all able to use the stairs.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! • super Lage • geräumige, große Wohnung (insbesondere das Wohnzimmer) • große Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht • schöne Badezimmer • Garage super • es gibt einen Aufzug • wir konnten gut schlafen (das Bett ist weich)

• teils kaputte Ausstattung - ein Lichtschalter, ein Wasserhahn, ein Herdregler • teils nicht ganz sauber - Informationsbuch für Gäste ist nicht sauber und lädt nicht zum durchblättern ein, Abdrücke auf der Küchenablage, teils klebrige Ausstattung (Bett und Handtücher allerdings einwandfrei) • alle TV-Geräte (in jedem Zimmer) funktionierten nicht, man konnte keine Sender empfangen - unsere Nachfrage hierzu hat der Gastgeber ignoriert • Kommunikation - siehe TV-Geräte Situation, der korrekte Code für die Wohnung wurde nicht vorab kommuniziert (der angegebene Code bei der Booking-Nachricht war inkorrekt - mein Anruf bei der Eigentümerin wurde direkt angenommen und der Code wurde telefonisch kommuniziert - der weitere Anruf am Abend zwecks TV wurde nicht entgegengenommen. Es folgte kein Rückruf oder Nachricht.)
