Superb

Apartment is very well presented, and has clearly had some work done on it recently to keep it looking modern. Location is great as it is very close to the beach, and only a short, pleasant walk to a number of restaurants and bars. Grounds and pool were very well kept.

This might sound strange: the villa has almost too much equipment in the kitchen! There is so much stuff, there isn't much space to store your own groceries. A lot of the kitchen equipment is duplicated, so some could easily be removed without any impact on being able to cook and eat. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Fabulous place, great location, everything you need.

Great location, 2 mins from the beach, set in well kept gardens, 10 min walk from great family restaurants and 60 min drive to the Everglades and Miami for day trips, lots of wildlife, lovely views out the back across the intracoastal. Well appointed villa, very comfortable, perfect for a family, nice air con, lots of facilities, comfy beds.

The oven was temperamental, but these things happen, and the owner was very gracious and provided some compensation.

Great place near beach. Beautiful pool and plenty of palm trees all around the villa. The place near canal was beautiful too. Very nice to looks the boats ride the canal. Very pleasant to being able to change towels as desired and the employees pick up the trash daily.

The villa could have been slightly cleaner… the two red armchairs was dirty, it would be cool if they were in leather too. The villa is a bit far from supermarket if we don’t have a car..

Loved it! We had a great vacation away at a time when we all needed a break. Highly recommend it!

We loved the location. We could spend time on the beach, at the pool or at the intercoastal waterway. It was very quiet. The condo had everything you would need and was very comfortable. Kitchen was great way to save money on eating out all the time. Parking was right outside our door.

The only issue was the fact that the master bathroom didn't have much counter space. Honestly, I worked around it and it wasn't a big deal. There isn't much to say that was bad. We really had a great visit.

Relaxing and Quiet quality beach / pool time in Sunny South Florida.

If what you are looking for is a quiet, nice place to stay and enjoy the beach, pool, and some local shopping, this place is perfect. The accommodations in the villa were good, the kitchen was updated as was one of the bathrooms. The second bathroom could use some updating and I'd recommend that be next on Bruno's hit list for upgrade. The resort is a very nice property - we've stayed there before. Excellent private and quiet place to unwind. The beach is private and has a raised area with a seawall and sand so you can just lay out "on the beach" and get sun, or hang under the cabana and look at the ocean without worrying about the tide or any beach-debris. Walks up to Deerfield Beach and the pier were an a daily occurrence - make sure you find the nice one-mile walking path along the ocean. At the end of the walk, you can treat yourself to some good food or deserts, along with your typical beach town souvenirs. The owner Bruno was very kind when we met him and I was happy to have spoken with him. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome in his Villa.

The villa itself had a sugar ant problem - if you've been to Florida, you know these things are everywhere and almost impossible to keep away. Once the property knew about the problem, they put out poison for them, but that takes a while to get rid of them. I'd have been happier had the ants been dead before my arrival. I would have expected the cleaning crew to have noted and reported the ants, thus the slight ding on cleanliness.
