Spectacular intra coastal views from pool patio back yard. split bedroom plan master king on west side and 2 guest bedrooms one queen and second guest bedroom has queen and double on east side. Most rooms have spectacular waterway views. Open concept living, dining, family, reading and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect family home with 7 bicycles from baby jogger, training wheels to adult. 80 foot dock. Located in the quiet safe Cove area of Deerfield Beach and minutes from the most beautiful Florida beach and Deerfield fishing pier, abundant choices in beach side dining and shopping. Close to tennis, basketball and many golf courses. Ample opportunities for scuba, snorkeling and deep sea fishing or simply choose to relax in our back yard oasis.

The house is fantastic. Cozy and welcoming. The pictures understate by various orders of magnitude what you get. Ideally located 10' drive from Deerfield Beach. Great places to ride a bike to in lighthouse point and the cove. Publix a 5 minute drive. Walgreens. Sprouts. The swimming pool is fantastic. The deck looks over the waterfront 600 feet from the intracoastal. The pool and back of the house is always fresh with the breeze. The waterway is wide and the house is at a juncture of waterways which makes it even more spacious. A lot of bikes for everyone to use. Beds are really comfortable. All the house is very well equipped (fridge coffee maker washer dryer compressor 2 A/Cs ). There is a Kayak and igloo. The Weber Spirit II is new and works perfect. And Jack (owner) is a gentleman always eager to help and accommodate to one's needs. The area is the nicest in Deerfield 15' drive to Boca Raton. Close to Ft Lauderdale and North Miami. I wish I had booked for a longer period!
