Featuring, 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths, master bedroom with king size bed, closet, TV and full shower bath; guest bedroom with closet and TV, comes complete with full bedding equipment. living room with comfortable leather sleeper-sofa takes care for 2 additional guests (max 6 guests), second shower/bath in hallway, gourmet kitchen fully equipped, private patio overlooking tropical landscaped yard and professional Golf-Putting Green, central air conditioning, located in private beach resort, heated community pool, beach chairs and lounges, barbeque grills, assigned free parking in front of Villa, guest parking, free internet/Wi-Fi, laundry facility on site, full time management on site;

The place is a dream for a family with kids. Easy walk to pool and beach. Only thing I would say I wish the kitchen was more stocked. No paper towels, napkins or any kind of condiments. I know it is not required but sure would be nice.

What an awesome experience coming to this place in Florida was. The grounds were beautiful, clean well manicured. The villa was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels that they provide daily replacements m-f. A bunch of nice beach towels were available too. We didn't use a grill, but they are available for use if needed. The beach was right there with a shower at the steps so you can rinse off, which was great. When we first arrived, the beach was small with huge rocks, but plenty good for a dip. There was construction going on during our stay, though, so we couldn't use that break for a couple days. Not the property's fault, and if you come now, the beach is 100X bigger and sandier with no rocks. The waves were awesome for biggie/ body boarding. They do have beach toys and boards available in the villa as well. There are tons of shops and restaurants a mile down the road, perfect to walk or drive to. There is a pool that e didn't use, but it looked very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, although the maintenence guy was a little rude when he came to fix the tv that wasn't working. The host was very responsive and had the guy sent over the next morning, dived the issue for cable tv, but we were unable to stream while there. Not the biggest of deals when you are in paradise! The ice machine on the fridge didn't work (needs filter) so you might need to buy some ice. Thanks for a wonderful stay and my family cannot wait to come back!

I can't say enough good things about this property. We spent our days at the private beach. There were always beach chairs available. The private pool was nice, too. Most of the other guests there were long term renters who were extremely friendly. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. I plan to rent this place again next year!
