Villa D is oceanfront with two bedrooms and bathrooms a full kitchen and living room, an assigned parking spot with guest parking available. This resort property is a 25 minute drive from Fort Lauderdale airport or 35 minutes from West Palm airport. The entire property offers the best of living on the beach and great evening sunsets on the Intracoastal waterway, nothing like it anywhere! We are within walking distance from Deerfield Beach restaurants and fishing pier.

They will collect your trash every weekday morning and also change out your towels. Very quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again!

This is hands down a perfect villa. Location is ideal. Perfect size. Right on the beach. Quiet, clean, everything you need at your finger tips. The quietness of the beach is amazing. No need to worry about the public crowding you. Planning to rebook for next year!!

If you are looking to come to Florida, and enjoy the serenity of the ocean, the sound of the waves lapping the beach, this is the spot. The beach is right in front of you and you also have cabanas on the upper beach that provide shade, and beautiful views of the ocean. There are chairs, sunsets and beautiful vibes to be had at this property. The Villa was amazing. All of the beds are excellent and you can get a good nights rest. The villa includes everything that you need to have a wonderful vacation. If you were looking for paradise look no further. I will stay here again. I’ve been home two hours and I already miss this beautiful place.

Very nice location - close to Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach and Delray allows for you to visit multiple hot spots. The private beach is such a great bonus. The entire villa is very quiet and we had no problem getting seats at the pool or beach. Sometimes we were the only ones at the pool! Beds are definitely on the firmer side but it’s nothing that would keep us from going back next year. We loved our stay and enjoyed the royal flamingo!

Two of my nephews with their family also rented here all us had a great time but there are two things that I have to mention door locks did not work correctly and also toilets were too low my sisters and I are elderly and it was difficult. All and all I give the property 5 stars, thinking of renting again for next year.

Clean and stocked kitchen to cook breakfast sit outside porch listening to the waves crashing feet from the beach with pavers to walk to sitting chairs and cabanas. Pool heated and cIose to villa.. I will definitely recommend a relaxing quite stay.

The villa was very clean and has a great use of space! Check in and out was as easy as it gets. The location, right next to the pool and just steps to the sand, is amazing!! The host was always kind, available and communicated well. A lighted, beautiful paver walking path (this starts at embassy suites) leads to Deerfield beach which is a cute little beach town. It has a few souvenir stores and several restaurants, and a few gelato/ ice cream shops. Our family of 5 loved it and will be back!

Loved staying here just steps from the sand. Perfect unit for a couples getaway. Property and beach are quiet. Unit is small but very clean and just what we needed. Owner was very quick with response to our only issue which was our coffee maker quit working. Less than an hour later we had a new coffee maker😁 This VRBO is privately owned but run by a condo management. The office staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The private beach area is perfect. Plenty of chairs with options for shade. Pool looked great although we didn’t use it. Great location close to Deerfield and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back

We absolutely loved the location of Villa D , as you are at the ocean. No road to cross just step out and enjoy. The views from the rooms are amazing as well. If you care about location then this place has it. My only warning is if you have trouble with stairs there are stairs down to the ocean. Not a lot but it could be an issue for someone so just letting you know. We were also steps from the pool which was awesome and heated and perfect. The place is small but was all we needed. The night we arrived there was a small issue with housecleaning but it was fixed first thing the next day because there is an onsight property manager. The beach was amazing and so private. Felt like our own oasis. Everywhere around here are small properties so it’s not crowded at all. Sadly we were there with a pretty choppy ocean, and lots of pollution and trash ended up on the beach. Each morning crews came to clean but sad to see the ocean so polluted- not the fault of this property but I am not sure if this always a problem here or if we just had bad luck in timing. Our only complaint about the property itself was no curtains. In the master bedroom it is never dark, ever. Each villa has front lights and the women behind us kept them on all the time and our bedroom was bright in the dead of night. Even without that the way the property is lit you really need curtains. If I come again I would have to bring something to cover the windows. It is such a great place and we loved every part of it, but please get some curtains in the bedrooms. Overall we loved it and would return!

My family stayed the week of Father's day and the location was great. Great view from the living room. Pool is right around corner 30 seconds away. Open the front door and your looking at ocean. Cabanas and chairs on the upper beach for you. The place is nicely decorated . Enough comfy couch space for 5 of us. 2 bathrooms and laundry room is a plus. The beds were comfortable. We slept good every night. A.C. worked wonderful. We could of used some board games though. But there are alot of books to choose from. I read 2 that week. A nice relaxing place. I would definitely rent D2 again. Steve stop by and he was very nice. Easy to talk to and was there to help for any issues!
