Easy access to host, Paco. Always replied quickly and explained everything about the apartment and the surrounding area. Told us of upcoming events we should attend.

Person living downstairs was very abusive to us on 2 occasions due to a misunderstanding. The front door is a metal door and if not closed gently can bang but we didn't realise annoyance it was causing her. We tried to apologise to her but she didn't seem to understand English and we had no Spanish. There was a sign on the door, but only in Spanish which may have related to closing of front door. Sign should also be in English. Wouldn't put us off staying there again.

Proximity to the beach. Very central to everything. Secure. Parking available. Apartment has huge potential just needs some pieces of furniture updated (couch/beds) and a good clean.

“White” couch very dirty - needs replacing. Beds in front bedroom far too low and all mattresses were very uncomfortable - need replacing. No light bulbs (only one working) in the 3 set in main bedroom ceiling. Replace bulbs. Shower needs a good clean. Plenty of sinks but no stoppers. Fridge not working.
