The location is amazing, the beach is really close. This is a real advantage. To have it just for sleeping as we spent whole days outside, this is definitely enough.
Unfortunately, the apartment deserves a bit of a renovation. Especially the bathroom, bathtub seal is disgusting, cleaning walls or repaint them. Yes, cockroaches are in the apartment. Not just few which would have made their way in through opened doors. Every night we found 2-3 of them running in the bathroom or on the kitchen counter.
The trash is supposed to be thrown away by guests but garbage gags are not available, you need to buy some.
