Enjoy the ocean view while cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, tea kettle, and more. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table seats 6.
LIVING AREAS
In the main living room area, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family on a comfortable leather couch and two chairs. Sit back and enjoy the flatscreen Smart TV or the cable at the end of a long day in the waves. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The master bathroom features a large custom tiled walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.
SLEEPING
D18 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed where you can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of waves crashing at night. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and both bedrooms have cable TV. There is also a Queen air mattress in the closet that can be used in the living room.

You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities in the complex with card/app operated washers and dryers, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. **PLEASE NOTE there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

We absolutely love this condo! As you walk in the front door there is an amazing ocean view. The condo also has a beautiful view from the master bedroom. The condo is very relaxing and beautifully decorated. We highly recommend staying here!

This property was very clean and stocked with essentials to make meals at condo. We really enjoyed having the crock pot to make meals so we could eat after a nice day at the beach and not have to slave over the stove and really relax and enjoy our vacation. The view is amazing to enjoy while having meals in the patio and enjoying the ocean waves. Beds are very comfortable! Looking forward to coming back next year! North coast village is a great place to stay. Easy walk to the harbor for food or ice cream or sweets and shopping for souvenirs. Close to shopping and restaurants if you do not want to cook. The jacuzzi is amazing after a day at the beach or walking around town.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was magnificent, the condo was spacious enough for our family of 5, and the grounds were beautiful. We hope to stay here in the future.

This condo overlooks the ocean with stunning views. However that is all this place has going for it. It is stocked with the bare minimums and that is being generous. The layout is nice but carpet and hardly any lighting make this condo uninviting to say the least. It did have 6 beach towels for a family of 6 so that was nice. We ended up cooking and hanging out at our friends condo next door because this place was dismal and dark.
