Everything you could ask for. Great value. Beautiful place. Don't let reviews fool you, people seem to see that things are outdated here and mistake it for being dirty or whatever. Everything in Portugal is going to be old! That's part of the European charm! The shower was hot, great water pressure. Location was perfect to be away from the city in your own little paradise, but 5-10min by car. The beach is right across the road and was empty! Had a great time.
Really no negatives. The only reason I gave comfort good and not great is because the couch and bed weren't great for my bad back, but my boyfriend said it was good for him!

The apartment was spacious and had good kitchen facilities and air conditioning. The outside terrace was nice.
There was a lot of damp which made a bit ill so wouldn’t recommend for asthmatics. The location is pretty but quite far out of Lagos town (10 mins by car) so would recommend having a car.
