## Space

Lagos Line Apartment is a two-bedroom apartment on one floor in a well-maintained residential building in the Meia Praia area of Lagos, built in 2009 and rated B for energy performance.

The entrance opens into the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has access to a side balcony with garden views — a quiet spot for a morning coffee. To the right, the living and dining area is spacious and leads out to a generous south-facing balcony with sea views.

The first bedroom is along the hallway and also has access to the side balcony. It shares a bathroom with the rest of the apartment, which has a bathtub. The second bedroom, at the end of the hallway, has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Both bedrooms and the living room are fitted with air conditioning. Every room has a remote-controlled electric blind system, which can be operated per room or all at once — useful for keeping cool during the warmest part of the day.

The building has an elevator, and the sea is visible from the living room and south-facing balcony throughout the day.

## Neighborhood

Meia Praia is a quiet coastal area just east of Lagos, built around one of the longest stretches of sand in the Algarve. The beach — a wide arc of golden sand running several kilometres along the Atlantic — is within easy walking distance from the apartment. The water is calm and well-suited for swimming, and the beachfront has a handful of restaurants and bars serving fresh seafood and local dishes right by the shore.

Lagos town centre is around 5 minutes by car and offers supermarkets, a marina, and a compact historic centre worth exploring on foot. Ponta da Piedade — a stretch of dramatic golden limestone formations, sea arches, and caves along the coast south of Lagos — is around 10 minutes by car and one of the most visited natural landmarks in the Algarve.

Boat trips and water sports depart from Lagos marina, and the coastline between Meia Praia and Lagos has recently developed a network of coastal boardwalks connecting several beaches.

## Transit

A car is recommended for this location. Lagos town centre is approximately 5 minutes by car. Faro Airport is approximately 75 kilometres away, around one hour by car. A seasonal bus service runs between Meia Praia and Lagos town centre, though with limited frequency.
