We found this accommodation to be excellent for a weeks stay in Puerto Pollensa.
The property was very clean, it has a modern bathroom with an excellent large shower.
The air conditioning appears to be quite new and works well, it is located in the lounge.
A large fan is also provided in the bedroom.
We found this area to be quiet at night.
It is a short walk to the beach and a nice stroll along the promenade into town takes around 20 mins.
Deposit was refunded promptly.
Entry to property was seamless and communication was good.
Commission exchange rate on return of deposit.

No Aircon in bedroom but a fan was provided.

Well equipped comfortable apartment. Lovely quiet area. Very close to the beach
Difficult to find which apartment it was. Had to phone office . Would have been a nightmare if we'd arrived in the dark . Photographs to show where entrance was would have been helpful .
