La plage est à proximité à la marche. Environnement calme et beaucoup d’intimité. Le stationnement disponible. La grande piscine est un bel extra.

Petit appartement fonctionnel, lumineux, bien équipé, douillet, petite terrasse pour manger dehors avec salon de jardin confortable. Dans résidence au calme à 300 m de petite plage jolie, propre avec eau limpide et de nombreux centre d’intérêt (Formentor, Alcúdia, Lluc) Bonne literie, salle-de-bain et WC modernes. Linge de maison fourni. Buanderie, jeux de plage pour enfants et raquettes, parasols, frites, serviettes de plage.
Piscine non chauffée.
