Couple of roads back from seafront which made it quite but also 7 minutes walk and you have the beach . Plus walk along towards marina and no shortage of restaurants of all types.
2nd floor meant a couple of flights of stairs which required good fitness. However this upper floor allowed windows to be opened and make the most of any cooling breeze.

Prima locatie voor ons om in de Tramuntana te kunnen fietsen. Rustige omgeving, vlakbij het strand. In de buurt zijn een paar leuke, gezellige strandbars. Kleine supermarkten op loopafstand.
Wat meer schone handdoeken zou fijn zijn. Er is wel een wasmachine aanwezig, maar niet door ons gebruikt.

Very quiet area.
Air conditioning didn't work, but in June it wasn't a problem. No modern coffee machine, but not a big problem.
