Het appartement is fijn, compact en heeft een leuk balkon met uitzicht op het gebouw tegenover en het fijne zwembad. Fijne matrassen. Het appartement is vrij dichtbij de stranden maar wel op een aardige afstand tot het centrum boulevard, zo’n twintig minuten lopen. In plaats daarvan kun je met de bus (twee haltes van Llenaire2) of taxi (8 euro). Je kunt ook in twintig minuten naar old town Pollença (322), anderhalf uur prachtige rit naar Sóller (231) en per bus kan ook naar Alcudia en Formentor.

Het opgegeven adres (carrer de Condonyer 8) is correct maar gaat fout in navigatie, zoek daarom naar adres Carrer del Lledoner 1 en dan eindig je voor het juiste gebouw (of coördinaten 39°53'29.6"N 3°04'32.1"E). Tips: kijk uit met de waterkoker, die slaat soms niet af. Houdt er rekening mee dat er geen lift is.

Couple of roads back from seafront which made it quite but also 7 minutes walk and you have the beach . Plus walk along towards marina and no shortage of restaurants of all types.

2nd floor meant a couple of flights of stairs which required good fitness. However this upper floor allowed windows to be opened and make the most of any cooling breeze.
