About this apartment rental
This fabulous little ground floor apartment is located in Llenaire, Puerto Pollensa.
La Perla is a gated newly built complex just 400 metres from the beach and walking distance to some excellent restaurants, bars and a Spar supermarket.
La Perla has a large, beautiful swimming pool, sunbathing zone with loungers and a lawn area - ideal for children.
The apartment has two bedrooms (one double and a twin) and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a washing machine and terrace for drying clothes/beach towels.
The living space is open plan with a large Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Also, brand new air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a good night's sleep after a day by the pool or at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, fridge and all the key cooking essentials. Off the kitchen is a small, handy terrace, where four people can eat or enjoy a refreshing drink.
Parking is on-street and plentiful in this area although a hire car is not essential!
This is the ideal choice for a small family or a couple of friends looking for a modern, ground floor apartment with a good/sized community pool, close to the beach..

The apartment is modern and spotless. Just a very short walk to the beach.
We arrived late at night and they had arranged to leave the terrace lights on for us, this made such a difference finding the apartment in the dark.
When checking out they were able to give us a bit of wiggle room for a slightly later checkout as we were not flying out till later.

We love staying in this area, visit regularly but our usual spot wasn't available, so we tried La Perla. The communication was outstanding, really proactive over text, we asked the hosting company for a couple of boat trip recommendations and they were really helpful too.
We'd love to come back - it's a great base for exploring the area, and the pool in the apartment complex was a really nice way of relaxing at the end of the day.

The whole complex felt very safe. The apartment is perfect with a great pool and everything very clean. You are a slightly further out than others but the walk is not far to Swing Bar and then only max 10-15 min walk to the start of the “strip” of restaurants which we liked as don’t like to be in the thick of it.
We would have loved a bbq if there was one- We also could have done with a change of sheets for half way through the week as trying to get them washed and dried in a day unless guaranteed hot weather was hard- but not a criticism just a suggestion of spare bedding! All in all not much else o fault!
