We have stayed in Casa Mia for one-week, last week of July 2025, family with 3 children. The house is spacious, with two bathrooms, the kitchen is well equipped with large space to serve meals, barbeque facilities outdoor and small swimming pool, perfect for kids while we prepared meals. We loved to stay separated from our kids on the upper floor, and kids loved to have their own floor and bathroom. Location of the house is in a residential area with street and court parking. From here we were able to do many south beaches. Cagliari is 20 min away and easy to access. Restaurants and market facilities are available at few minutes.

Le quartier très calme, la proximité de la mer et des magasins.
La taille de la maison et la clim dans les chambres.
Tout les équipements nécessaires.
Table de jardin beaucoup trop petite, sommier métallique dans la chambre de l' étage.

We had a very nice stay in this house. Rosie was very nice and explained everything and was also easily reachable on the phone when needed. We had enough space for our family and everything was close by with the car (shops, restaurants and beaches etc). The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed.
Not much to complain. May be a better wi-fi because the device kept turning off on its own and had to be turned on again and again.
