Would stay here again and recommend. Great neighborhood, metro right outside the building, safe, near shops and restaurants. Incredible view of Eiffel Tower from the apartment and even has a balcony. Nice clean studio apt. with drop down Murphy bed, and pull out sofa. Good size bathroom and shower /tub with strong water pressure. Owner lives here when not rented.
