About this villa rental
Villa Il Borraccio is a unique and beautiful if you are looking for a relaxing holiday or want to discover Tuscany. The Villa is located at a short distance between two of the most important historic cities of Tuscany, Florence and Siena and from its windows you can see the wonderful Chianti hills up to the towers of San Gimignano. The whole structure is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and green lawns. It consists of 2 comfortable apartments in the main building and the other a Dependance Begonia obtained from the recent renovation. It is located separately about 10 meters from the villa. Each apartment has an independent entrance, private garden, car parking and internet connection in the apartment.
The Ciclamino apartment of 100 square meters is located inside the Villa il Borraccio, entirely on the ground floor. It has a living room with 2 large armchairs, dining room and well-furnished kitchen with access to the garden and private outdoor space, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4 burners, sink, oven, washing machine and all the necessary accessories for the kitchen.
Reserved car park. Internet connection in the apartment. Please note, heating / air conditioning are not included in the rental price. They may be available at an additional cost if used.

Five adults and a bambino stayed for 5 nights. Lovely greeting from the host whose English is limited as is our Italian but we managed well with Google translate. Amazing views. Fabulous pool. Fantastic dining nearby with our favorite being Il Caratello with good gluten free options and great service.

We had a lovely two weeks in the apartment with all you need at hand and a large, clean swimming pool sharing with the other guests.
The villa is in a very good position to visit all the top must sees in Tuscany. But also beautiful nature to drive around.

Es war alles perfekt. Die Lage, die Anlage, die Aussicht, der Pool, die Gastgeberin- wir haben die 8 Tage sehr genossen und würden gern Wiede kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Sehr schön gelegene Villa zwischen Siena und Florenz.
Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Vermieter super. Großer Pool mit Liegebereich und ausreichend Liegen. Hat einfach alles gepasst, gerne wieder.
