About this villa rental
The house is located in a hillside position with views of the typical Chianti hills, rich in vineyards and with view on lovely charming old villages; from there you like a wonderful landscape and it's placed in very good position to reach every touristic place in Chianti and Chianti Classico. Florence and Siena are about 30 km from us.
From there you can easily visit many place of interest: too may medieval villages are closed to Barberino Val d'Elsa: BARBERINO VAL D'ELSA it's 3 km from us, SAN GIMIGNANO it's 18 km far, MONTERIGGIONI, SAN DONATO IN POGGIO, CASTELLINA, MONTEPULCIANO, MONTALCINO, VOLTERRA are easy to reach in less then an hour. Firenze it's 25 km from here, Siena it's 30 km, Pisa it's 80 km.
It's very quiet because it's in the middle of the country, along a small road, closed at the end (only people who lives along the road use it), in the typical tuscany landscape.
Completely and carefully renowed, maintaining the peculiar characteristic of Tuscany colonica house and furnishing, very very carefully, with old family furniture.
Our Villa is 240 m2 with 500 m2 of garden. The swimming pool is inground, 7.50 mt * 4 mt, 1.20 mt deep; it's placed in front of an amazing landscape.
The villa is composed of two indipendents apartments (in case you have a sons or friends who prefer to have their privacy) .
TINAIA apartment 160 m2:
on ground floor a wide area with three luminous rooms.You enter an old loggia, closed by two window doors. On one side the kitchen with marble built-in worktop, fireplace, marble wash_basin, dish wash machine. Tiles hand decorated by the owner.Adjacent it's a small bath and a storeroom.
On the other side there\'s a wide living room (40 mq) with a large fireplace.Old family furniture.
Through a large old staircase you reach the bedrooms.
One of them with 'deco' twin-bed and decorated ceiling; the other with a double bed and wooden-beam ceiling.
Bathroom, English style, hand painted, with bathtub and shower.
Through a wrought iron staircase it's approached a panoramic room (old dove-cot) with view on hills and vineyards; double bed + single bed.
In the house there's wash clothes machine, wash stove machine and TV satellite. Internet Connection
