Nice and very quaiet place with pool in the garden, offering beautyful view to San Gimignano. Realy very relaxing place.
There are unexpectable steps between each room, what's might to be very tricky, especisly when gets dark.
The furniture was quite simple and old, some parts could be renewed.

The whole place looks incredible.
The location is fantastic. You can see San Gimignano from this place, amazing views.
The staff is very helpful and do everything for the guests to have the best time possible.

The location was not bad but everything else was average. The location is up on the hill and reacheble only via macadam. The water in pool was blurry for two days. View is stunning since property is up on the hill.
WI FI was disaster and actually didn't work for the whole duration of our stay and we had to privately arrange for internet via SIM card. The facilities are too old and starve for renovation. We could not sit in front of the apartment due to some bad smell. We had only one set of towels and we were staying for 5 days. Initial set of ”first aid” supplies including some salt, sugar, etc. were not available at all and for the price we paid you would normally expect to have some of it enough for for at least one day until you go to shop which is 3-4 kilometres away. This was our fourth visit to Tuscany and we never had such bad experience.
