Lovely 4 person cottage in a great location for hiking and biking.
Great little place, lovely location, very clean and spacious. All the items are provided, and the beds were comfy. Nice Woodburner, bring plenty of fuel and kindling.
Place would be perfect in summer, just a little cold for us in winter...We didn't want to crank up the electric heaters to full as the cost for the owner would have been mad. Never fatholmed the immersion system either, but that wasn't the end of the world.

Stairs! Wouldn’t like to be unsteady on feet! Need your own car as trains only every 2 hours and no regular buses

There were plenty of daily items provided.
The shower was very poor and their was insufficient heating in the bathroom which in February meant cold and uncomfortable showering.

Good location but unclean property
Easy to collect the keys and good location.
The house was dirty and unclean throughout the property. There was stains on the bed sheets and towels, dust piles under the beds, dog hair all over the carpets and the kitchenware was dirty with food and crumbs. I contacted the property after the stay to explain what we’d experienced. It’s now been over two weeks and have received no reply which is very disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay which was part of a visit to relatives who live in Kingussie.
Church view is a nice, well kept and spacious cottage. It has nice furnishings and comfortable beds
Heating - the electric heaters did not really cope with the cold at the start of winter
