Lovely hosts. Very charming self catering cottage type accommodation. We were there for five nights in late April and really enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful- horses and honeybees and lots of song birds. Great location a short drive outside Chester. The facilities were very good - the hosts have really thought of everything. Loved having a dishwasher and laundry facilities.

If you are over 5 1/2 feet tall, you will not be able to stand fully in the shower, or raise your arms to wash your hair. If you prefer baths, you will be fine.

The cottage is set in a beautiful location and was perfect for what we intended to do during our week long stay. The host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Idyllic countryside getaway so close to Chester with the best hosts we've ever met. Recommended.

The location was perfect for Chester whilst still in the idyllic Cheshire Countryside, the cottage was warm, cosy and relaxing, the hosts were fantastic and their homemade honey a delight!
