The cottage was charming, clean, in an ideal location and perfect for two. It was comfortable and provided everything that was needed.
Fairly steep stairway (usual in that style/age of property) but we were careful.

Good decor. Good bathroom. Great location.
Lack of info on recycling and central heating, etc. No kitchen staples, like oil and salt and pepper, needs to say this on website. To provide only one dishwasher tablet was tight. Website said firewood in garden store but only a few logs in hearth. Insulate front door, please, it would make all the difference. Frying pan not compatible with induction hob.

the decor was lovely inside and a lot of thought had gone in to make sure it was a comfortable place to stay. The heating was easy to manage ourselves
no specific parking for the property scaffolding on the property it wasn’t completely clean when we arrived- there was a sharp wire underneath the sofa that our dog almost ate. The candles both up and down stairs batteries were not working and the casing inside was filled with dust. the water pressure was not great

Lovely house, nice and tidy. Emails were sent timely with regard to collecting keys. location was central to where we needed to be. would definitely stay here again.
