The house is in a very convenient location with parking. The space downstairs was spacious and generously equipped, with plenty of comfortable seating and kitchen equipment.
The mattress of the bed in the front bedroom seemed to need replacing/upgrading. It was comfortable but the springs (?) were noisy if one turned over in the night.
The bigger issue was the amount of light that streamed into the front bedroom - not surprising as there was only a very thin and narrow gingham panel/curtain hanging there. Given there were street lights outside and the movement of neighbours' vehicles emitting light this meant a very poor night's sleep on the first night. We then found clothes pegs the next day and improvised by pegging a blanket over the window aperture for the remaining nights which, whilst not ideal, was a big improvement. There was a blind standing in the corner of the bedroom. It was disappointing that it had not been replaced/fitted.
We would have welcomed instructions about recycling and which bin to use for what.

We had a great stay, the location was excellent just a short walk to the beach ⛱️ 😎
We had our blind dog with us and found a great walk just behind the property which took roughly half an hour. The enclosed back garden was great as it meant our dog could wander around. We would definitely stay again at this property it had everything we needed a real home from home 🏡
There was nothing that we didnt like, I would maybe just suggest a bit of a tidy up in the garden and replace the toaster as it has seen better days, however this would not have put us off staying.

The location was great - close to beach and central location
The first impression of the property was strong smell of bleach which was obviously masking strong smell of damp and bitterly cold. There was obviously someone in the property earlier who could have put heating on to heat the house up. We arrived at 3 pm and it was close to 9 pm before we actually felt warm . The kitchen is cluttered and could do with a declutter - needs a deep clean. The duvet smelled musty and needs washed. Toilet seat is broken and dangerous.
