The location of the cottage was convenient to the beach and shops. All facilities in the cottage were excellent

The location was great - close to beach and central location
The first impression of the property was strong smell of bleach which was obviously masking strong smell of damp and bitterly cold. There was obviously someone in the property earlier who could have put heating on to heat the house up. We arrived at 3 pm and it was close to 9 pm before we actually felt warm . The kitchen is cluttered and could do with a declutter - needs a deep clean. The duvet smelled musty and needs washed. Toilet seat is broken and dangerous.
