Loved the breakfast, enjoyed the exercise going up all the stairs. The atmosphere!

Lately it’s been hard finding comfortable beds. And even with the window unit, it was still warm- needless to say, we didn’t sleep great. But maybe that’s just because we’re getting older!

Great location for public transportation. No issues with loud guests all staff and guests were nice. Breakfast was decent, just fruit, cereal, toast, and pasties though. Honestly, for a place to just sleep/get ready, it was not bad. I probably wouldnt book again, but this was my first hostel (ive only done hotels/bnb) so unsure of what the standard expectation is for one.

I don't usually stay in hostels so my opinion may not hold much weight but it was just dingy overall, like musty smell and you could tell no one was updating the showers/bathrooms often. Thats just me nitpicking because I'm weird about cleanliness. Also if you so much as blinked the bunk bed would shift and squeak like crazy, which I didn't care about because after 17k steps of sightseeing I'd sleep anywhere.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than what I expected. The location is great and safe.

It was too loud, especially the noise from the street, which was very annoying. The toilet didn't have a sink, so to wash your hands, you either need to go to the next door, the shower area, or to your room, and this makes me question the cleanliness of that place a lot. It looked clean as it was free of hair. On the previous reviews, it was mentioned that they provide shampoo and body wash, dont expect little personal bottles or anything like that. And the mattress was very uncomfortable.
