Great hotel with charming staff

A lovely hotel with a beautiful outlook. Staff were charming, breakfast was good & the attached cafe (Maniztutu) had a good menu & excellent coffee.

Roadworks outside the hotel made access a little difficult at times but this should be resolved soon.

Excellent place if you are looking to stay in Ubud.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Its a small hotel however has good facilities. Location was great; its a little outside the centre which is good as you can relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Breakfast was nice and on time; massage service was reasonably priced. Good wifi

It’s quite normal

I like the coziness there.

What I didn’t like is that i had to pay shuttle from airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport it’s not included . Also our flight was quite earlier they didn’t even ask if we need breakfast to take with us.

Acceptable stay at The Nani

The room service food was delicious especially chicken burger, the room was nice and comfy but it wasn’t cleaned enough there was dust and remained stains which is from another accommodations. Although employees were very cute and helpful.

It was a nice stay. The location is great—only about 10 minutes from Ubud Palace by motorbike. The property is peaceful, with a lovely lobby and excellent food.

I did notice a lizard in the room and the washrooms could have been cleaned better.

Really nice villa

It’s peaceful and quiet. Last day we were sick and they were so nice they brought us breakfast in the room and let us stay little longer. It meant a lot for us so big thank you to the staff!!

Beautiful stay in the jungle

The room was very spacious and bright. The staff was super friendly and always with a smile. The breakfast was tasty and you have different options to choose. Good location!

A clean and peaceful stay a short ride from city center.

I liked the great design, clean and comfortable room, and delicious room service food at a fair price, but most of all, the kind and accommodating staff were the best. They were easy to talk to and very helpful with recommendations of local places as well as any needs I had during my stay. The location for those who like walking may be a little far from city center, but I liked it for the peace and quiet, and it was just a short ride away by bike.

Sometimes the water in bathroom was weak or not working well and slow to start back up. There was also occasionally water dripping from on of the ceiling panels. The gap between the roll down blinds on one of the window walls made it slightly hard to sleep in. Also I didn’t mind this, but if you have knee problems or a disability, I think the building’s rooms are mainly floor 2 and 3 and it might only have stairs.

Good cafe downstairs where you can work comfortably. Friendly staff aleays willing to help and keep your room clean.

A bit noisy in the mornings due to the rooster farm nearby. Sometimes the towels had notable dirt stains. The location feels a bit in the middle of nowhere, but you’re still 10 minutes away from the center.

always trying to stay in this hotel when i am in Ubud. Calm place, you can't hear the noise from the road, they provide breakfast, you can buy coffee downstairs comfy bed, shower netflix in the room love everything about that hotel!

First impression

From the first I arrived here, I got very warmth welcome from Mba Ria. She's really nice and humbled. The lobby area was nice and have a good vibes just like you know about ubud. We can ordered breakfast in room. The food taste good. I got 3rd floor room. The room was cleaned, the space of bathroom is quite big. And also there's netflix in your room. The balcony is good also. Overall I will be back. Thanks the Nani !

The parking lot is too small. There's no lift so it little bit exhausting for elder people if they got on 3rd floor.

Super friendly

Balinese people in general are super friendly, but the staff here is extraordinary. Always happy to help with any inquiry you may have. Rooms are nice and clean, just as the whole common area. Motorbikes can be rented directly here - the city center is just a 10 min ride away. The newly opened Cafe at the place offers good food for reasonable prices. All in all a great value for price - I can recommend it.

DO NOT DO WASHING WITH THEM RUINED SO MANY CLOTHES AND LOST THEM. Got offered about £20 back for at least £200+ worth of ruined or lost clothing. Also lots of bugs around the hotel.

Quite reasonable accomodation a bit further from Ubud centre, but overlooking the jungle.

Amazing and most comfortable bed ever

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is very friendly and happy to help at any time. The room was clean and big and so was the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious and the location is also perfect in a more quiet area that lies in the middle between the rice terraces and the city, about a 10-15 min scooter ride each way. You can also rent a scooter at the hotel, which is very convenient. There is roosters in the morning, which is not the hotel‘s fault, but it’s not too bad and earplugs really help.

Good, but it can defintely be better!

It was a very quite place with a nice view of the jungle. There are two cute cats who wander on the outside terrace. The staff was very helpful and you can rent a scooter from the location

The location is a bit north of Ubud, so you'll need a Grab ride or scooter to wander around the area. The hotel is located in an actual corner of the jungle, next to a river and some rice fields and you may wake up in the middle of the night with gecko lizards on your walls. The doors and windows do not seal perfectly, so they can get inside your room pretty easy.

Tropical Getaway with plenty of additional options to make the perfect getaway!

The staff were fantastic always a warm welcoming, they ensured the facilities and room was kept clean at all times. We made use of the laundry service and some evening meals at the hotel and both were excellent service and fantastic value for money (even more handy we put it all on our room and paid by card at checkout). The breakfast included has multiple options and is very good. Staff went above and beyond for our special welcoming to celebrate our anniversary was lovely. The location was perfect for us we used grab bikes to get around and it was a 10 min ride to the ride terraces tourist attraction and a similar time for a trip into Ubud Central to enjoy the hustle and bustle along with some great restaurants. The hotel is also 10 min walk away from Gymnasium Bali which we made use of whilst we stayed. The hotel also offers motor bikes for rental, massages, drivers etc for reasonable prices but don’t push you to use them it’s just very handy to have the options all there. Highly recommended for a tropical escape! We would happily return.

the property looks modern, nice rooms but not really clean. towels looking grey and holes on it. if the owner could improve it it will be a rate 10 hotel. workers are really nice, they helped me looking for my fiancé medicine in the middle of the night as he was suffering from stomach ache.
