About this house rental
This terraced house, old and stone, classified 2 stars, is located in a small village perched, away from the traffic axes. Pleasant environment.
It was completely restored in 2010 with ecological and local materials: terracotta floors, lime-coated walls, natural insulation and ventilation.
With beautiful volumes, it is decorated with natural and light hues, which make it a very relaxing place. The large bay window offers a beautiful view of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding countryside. You can also enjoy a small courtyard and a small garden where you will enjoy relaxing...
Interior: 75 m2, including:
- On the 1st floor: - a living room of 18 m2 with a kitchen of 13m2,
- a room of 12 m2,
- a bathroom with toilet of 4 m2.
- 1/2 floor above: a room of 28 m2.
- On the ground floor: a room of 30 m2 (washing machine, bike storage, etc.) accessible from the outside and from the inside
Exteriors:
- A courtyard of 25 m2 on the ground floor with table and garden chairs, umbrella and barbecue.
- A small enclosed garden of 50 m2, with garden furniture.
Parking in the street in front of the house or near the house on public parking spaces.
Sheets, towels and towels provided.
End of stay cleaning included but the places and everything in them must be left in correct condition.
Heating not included for the months of May to September included, if use, payment at the end of the stay.
Electric vehicle charging not included. Recharging can only be done after agreement with the owner and will be subject to the payment of a supplement.
A deposit will be requested upon arrival.
