About this cottage rental

A 45km from Avignon, 15km from Carpentras, 25km from Vaison la Romaine in our cottage at the foot of Mont Ventoux, land of festivals, a paradise for walkers and cyclists, you will find shops, doctors, restaurants and a quiet place for you rejuvenate. The detached cottage on a plot of 2000m², is adjacent to our house, it has a private area with barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers. The pool is shared with the owners free access, as well as children's games. The air-conditioned apartment has a large living room with integrated kitchen, equipped with every comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven), TV, WiFi, sofa, armchair. Two bedrooms, one with a bed for 2, a dresser, the other with two single beds, wall cupboard and convenient. A bathroom with shower and sink cabinet. Separate toilet.
Storage. South facing bright apartment is very nice. We look forward to welcome you and introduce you to our region if you want your pet (subject).

A lovely gite, a few minutes walk from all the bars, restaurants and shops in Bedoin. The pool was very welcome during the hot days. Inside the property is well maintained and was perfect for four people for our 2 week stay. The hosts are a delightful couple who invited us over for an aperitif at the start of our stay and then provided us with lovely home made jam during our time at the gite.

The location is good, just an easy walk to the village. Kitchen is functional and stocked well for cooking and dining. Common space was decent for the three of us, though a bit small. Toilet room is ridiculously small. Only one partial roll of toilet paper was supplied. Only one towel per guest was supplied, no hand or other wash towels. We were informed that the pool was broken on the day we arrived. It actually seemed that a new building is being built next to the pool, and the pool was drained. We were not offered any compensation, and rather missed being able to use the pool. We were charged extra after the initial booking because our group had three people, though this extra charge was not mentioned in the property description. The overall impression is that the host built this rental unit cheaply and without professional design or construction help, and are more interested in maximizing return than providing a satisfying vacation experience. We did not have high expectations, but were nevertheless disappointed.

Stayed for 2 weeks in October and could not be happier. Quiet, peaceful, great wifi, 5min walk to village grocery, bakery, restaurants, and weekly market. Outfitted with everything needed. Will definitely stay here again.

The location of the property was excellent, easy to walk into the centre of Bedoin. The pool area was good and we were able to use the area on our own, with the family. The patio and outside table could be accessed from the side door and was sufficient for our needs. The kitchen was well resourced. The owners were very friendly and invited us over for drinks which was a nice gesture. Our only concern was in relation to the size of the double bedroom and the toilet. There was very little space to walk around the bed and limited space to hang clothes. The separate toilet was a VERY tight squeeze and anyone with long legs would have difficulty sitting down and closing the door!!!! However, we had a great stay in Bedoin.

Prettig verblijf gehad. Huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, een eigen terrasje, een fijn zwembad en de eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is top, je loopt zo het dorpje in naar de bakker of restaurantjes, terwijl je wel op een rustige plek zit.

Wir haben hier eine sehr angenehme Woche unseres Provence-Urlaubs verbracht und viele Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich und haben gute Tipps. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, der Ortskern ist in ca. 3 Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, der Swimmingpool ist ein Genuss. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

We hadden een leuk verblijf met drie volwassenen in deze woning. Alles was voorzien behalve enkele comfortabele stoelen buiten op het terras. Verder was alles picco bello. Hou er rekening mee dat lakens betalend zijn (54€ voor 3 bedden is nogal prijzig) in tegenstelling tot wat op de site vermeld staat. Voor de rest niks op aan te merken. Hele vriendelijke mensen en een leuk zwembad. Bédoin centrum is slechts 10 minuutjes stappen. Wij waren er om te fietsen en veel betere regio's ga je hiervoor niet vinden in Frankrijk. Zeker een aanrader...

Schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in recht zentraler und absolut ruhiger Lage in Bédoin. Bäckereien (3x im Dorf), Bio-Metzger, Gemüsehändler und Supermarkt sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben hier zu zweit bei sehr schönem Wetter unsere Pfingstferien genossen. Das Haus blieb trotz starker Hitze relativ kühl. Im Bedarfsfall kann eine Klimaanlage zugeschaltet werden. Die Besitzer wohnen in direkter Nachbarschaft. Sie sind überaus sympathisch, sehr gastfreundlich und respektieren die Privatsphäre. Bédoin ist das Eldorado für jeden Rennradler. Von hier aus kann man tolle Touren fahren. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch der am Montag stattfindende Wochenmarkt. Wir möchten das Haus mit dem sonnigen Sitzplatz und dem schönen Pool sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Für 4 Erwachsene kann es allerdings etwas eng werden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Petit gîte très agréable, frais, lumineux et bien équipé. Idéalement situé à proximité d'un petit village très sympa (commerces à 10min à pied). Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires, ainsi que la confiture de Joelle ! La literie est de qualité mais léger manque d'espaces de rangement pour de longs séjours. L'espace salon convient bien pour 3 personnes mais manquerait de place assise pour 4 personnes (même si on est rarement à l'intérieur dans cette région ensoleillée) Extérieurs agréables et fleuris. Quelques coussins auraient été les bienvenus pour profiter au maximum de la terrasse. À recommander !

Het vakantiehuisje in Bedoin lag heel goed gelegen , kort bij het centrum .mooi uitzicht op de mont ventoux . De eigenaars Henri en Joelle waren toffe vriendelijke mensen . Spijtig dat wij geen Frans konden en zij geen Engels . Het huisje is echt een aanrader , alles is voorzien . Mvg Martine en Carine .

A very nice and clean appartment with airconditioning just outside the centre of Bedoin (5-10 minute walk). The appartment has a small terrace, but in the yard is a pool which can be used as well. The owners are very kind and helpful and although they live adjacent to the appartment they respect your privacy. This appartment can be recommended to everyone

Eine wunderbare Woche bei sehr netten Gastgebern!

Das kleine Häuschen ist mit Liebe eingerichtet: Reichhaltige Küchenausstattung, gute Pfannen, brauchbare Messer. Toilette separat, etwas eng bei langen Beinen. Innenbad ebenfalls klein, aber top ausgestattet. Bei Hitze halten die dicken Wände die Wärme ab, zusätzlich Klimaanlage in Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer. Auf der Terrasse scheint schon zum Frühstück die Sonne, über Mittag lassen Sonnenschirm, diverse Büsche und Olivenbäume die Hitze vergessen. Abends sitzt man im Schatten. Bei Hitze ist das sehr angenehm, ansonsten findet sich im Garten immer ein sonniges Plätzchen. Im Pool kann man sich wunderbar erfrischen. Im Schlafzimmer ein typisch französisches Doppelbett mit guter Matratze. Wem das zu schmal ist, der kann die beiden Einzelbetten im Kinderzimmer einfach zusammenschieben. Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan, respektieren aber die Privatsphäre. Das Ehepaar ist extrem nett und gastfreundlich. Wir sprechen nur ein wenig französisch, die Ehefrau ein paar Brocken Englisch. So konnten wir uns immer irgendwie verständigen. Der wunderbare Ort Bedoin ist mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Der Markt am Montag ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Pizzeria um die Ecke ist ebenfalls fantastisch. Unserem Hund hat es auch gefallen. Die Gassistrecke liegt direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)
