Comfortable beds, clean, good showers (two ensuite), two separate toilets, bedrooms and showers are a good size and all the upstairs ones have access to a balcony, well equipped (coffee machine, plates and glasses etc, dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack for clothes etc.), friendly people, quite secluded garden with barbecue and swimming pool.

The kitchen was okay for us (3 adults) but it would be small for a bigger party as it lacked worktop space (although there was a fairly big kitchen table). The living room was also fine for us but again would be small for a bigger party. Although there are four double bedrooms I don’t think the house would be big enough for 8 adults. Two of the bedrooms don’t have en-suites and have to share the ground floor shower room (again not an issue for us, but others may not like this). The house is next to the road and when sat in the garden you can hear the cars at rush-hour - we particularly noticed this on Market Day when the field opposite is used as a car park. Some supplies were provided (e.g. coffee pods, washing up liquid) but it would have been nice to have been provided with some spare toilet rolls and some soap in every shower room as well as the toilets to save having to go shopping on our first day.

Being so close to Bedoin and the cool pool in the hot temps were the two big bonus for us. Karine, who checked us in and out was very friendly and helpful, as was her husband who helped us out when we ran into a small hiccup.

The pictures were amazing but reality a bit different - a little less chic, less amazing. Inside living area very small with a small and *very* uncomfortable couch - totally unsuitable for 8 people, nevermind 4. Small kitchen (much smaller than photos suggest) not as well stocked as other reviews suggested; had the minimum. For the rate paid, could have included a bit more in the way of cleaning products, knives that actually cut (one or two that are not serrated perhaps?), salt, pepper, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. (So be sure to pack appropriately or you'll spend needlessly at store). Shame there was no bath in any of the 3 'bathrooms.' Would have had room downstairs for a bath, and would have made traveling with kid a little easier. The bath towels *very* small, and a shame there were no pool towels. Given the need to pay extra for linens, seemed to get the bare minimum. Parking was a nightmare when 2 cars are parked at the sister-house within the compound. Next, given the direct sun burning during much of day (and especially when 37+ degrees out), more shade to replace the useless camo-gear above the table outside would have been appreciated. Or perhaps a second umbrella? Again, can't image how 8 people would manage. And perhaps some furniture on the balconies from bedrooms? Otherwise, what's the point of having one? Image presented just didn't live up to reality experienced. The very professional photos sold a luxurious holiday home (thought in reality it's well decorated but the finish and amenities are just average) and none of the other reviews (here or on other very popular booking site) gave any sort of real review of how the this sold-image is different upon arrival. I suppose, the more people that travel together, the cheaper the stay and therefore all of the above is more acceptable. By the end of our week's stay, our tally of annoyances left us with an overall impression/rating of about 6.8/10

Letterlijk aan de voet van de Ventoux. De luxueuze afwerking binnen en buiten is uitzonderlijk. Ondanks dat deze woning regelmatig wordt verhuurd zijn er weinig of geen beschadigingen. Alles is in goede staat. Je hebt een afgesloten parkeerplaats waar makkelijk 2-4 wagens kunnen parkeren. En een extra afsluitbare berging voor je fietsen.

Ce logement est nickel. Le terrain de pétanque et la situation près du petit village de Bedoin est Nickel. A conseiller!!!
