VACATION RENTAL BEDOIN (4-5 pers.).

Brand new house (70m2) well insulated (RT 2012), on ground of 1000m2, facing south with beautiful views of the old village hill in a residential area 500m from the center.
Large living room (35 m2) with integrated kitchen with every comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge / freezer, etc.)
2 bedrooms (double beds 160 x 200, with a possible separation). Sofabed in living room.
Bathroom with large walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
Porch.
Flat screen TV - Wifi - Barbecue - Aire petanque.
Privileged position at the start of hiking trails in the Ventoux. Bicycle storage.

Payment 30% deposit on booking.
Deposit: 200 euros.
Linen supply house can (sheets + towels) 20 euros per room.
Cleaning: 40 euros
Heating price: 75 euros.
Pets not allowed.

A very nice, perfectly equipped holiday home in a quiet beautiful location. The center of Bedoin can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay absolutely. Many thanks to the Dussaus family !!!

This place is perfectly situated. Super quiet, yet 5 mins walk to this vibrant town. Very easy parking, right outside the door. Efficient and bright w/ a covered, south facing, porch. Great shower, pretty well-equipped kitchen and comfortable enough beds. The area and gite provide a perfect base, for cyclists, for short or long-term stays. And the owners are super nice! We will recommend this place to all of our friends. We’ll be back, one day!

We had a great experience at Bernard and Marie-Christine's house in Bédoin, France. And we will certainly return for another stay next year.

We stayed for a week of cycling holidays in this brand new house and we had a wonderful time. The house is comfortable and spacious, there is modern furniture, the kitchen and everything else is very well equipped, good and fast wi-fi. The owners live next door and were extremely friendly and helpful with any kind of questions. For us the location was just perfect - the house is very quiet, a bit outside from the village center, you're totally for yourself on the nice terrasse for example with beautiful views. Yet it's only a five minutes walk to all the restaurants and shops in the main street of Bédoin. For cycling, you're right on the route to Mont Ventoux but there are many other wonderful tours that you can make from the house, like Gorges Nesque. I would definitely recommend this house and we hope to come back too!

La maison est moderne et propre, bien équipée. Elle est très bien située, à proximité du village de Bédoin tout en étant au calme. La région permet de très belles ballades pour découvrir la Provence. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Un séjour magnifique à Bédoin. Tout a concouru à notre bien être: La région, le village, la météo mais surtout un gîte très agréable, spécieux, lumineux disposant d'une agréable terrasse et d'un joli terrain clos. Un calme absolu bien que roche du centre de Bédoin. Marie-Christine et Bernard sont aussi agréables et prévenants que discrets. Il nous sera difficile de ne pas y revenir!

Maison très agréable,propre,bien située proche du joli village de Bédoin avec son super marché du lundi. La literie est trés bonne. Relations très faciles avec les propriétaires avant et pendant le séjour. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée et remise immédiate de la caution au départ. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Wir kamen an einem sehr heißen Tag an und waren überrascht, wie angenehm kühl es im Haus war auch ohne Klimaanlage. Die Vermieter Marie-Christine und Bernard erklärten uns die "Funktionsweise" des Hauses, beantworteten alle Fragen herzlich und ausführlich - waren aber in den Folgetagen immer diskret und zurückhaltend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus, die sanitären Anlagen sind ausgezeichnet, auch sämtliche Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Kam man von Ausflügen zurück, konnte man immer die Ruhe des Hauses und der Umgebung genießen. Sehr schön ist der Blick von der Terrasse, auf der man auch sehr gut essen oder sich einfach aufhalten kann.Von der Lage her liegt das Haus also ruhig, andererseits erreicht man den Ort zu Fuß in 10 Minuten, sodass dann das Auto am hauseigenen Parkplatz bleiben kann. Insgesamt haben wir bei Marie-Christine und Bernard wunderbare Provence-Ferien erlebt. Juli 2018, Helmut

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig in Ortsrandlage gelegen und nur 600m bis zum Ortskern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Einrichtung bzw Ausstattung ist praktisch und insgesamt geräumig und sauber. Herrliche Terrasse (südwest) mit Garten. Das Vermieterehepaar wohnt im Nachbargebäude und ist diskret, aber jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Großer Parkplatz am Haus und abschließbarer Anbau, um Fahrräder einzustellen.
