Proche du centre, bien équipé, fonctionnel.

De l’extérieur le bâtiment est très vétuste. Les alentours sont peu entretenus. L’entrée pue la cigarette et le renfermé. L’intérieur est très bien. 😌

The apartment is very nice. It is equipped in everything you could imagine (kitchen with everything you need to cook and even dishwasher, bathroom with large shower and rain head, washing machine). It is clean, nicely furnished and in the perfect localisation, in the middle of every interesting place ( 10-20 minutes of walk to the beach, center of city, passenger ship port, Lidl or Spar). The owner is very informative and helpful. In general it is perfect for two people but I think a couple with 1 child would also be satisfied.

Maybe the sight of the building from the street but you shouldn't absolutely take this into any consideration because of the advantages I wrote earlier.

- although positioned in a central location, it would be good to have a picture of a block of flats because it would give people an idea of what the area is like. The block was really old and looked not in the best shape. I never even imagined this flat would be inside quite a run down block of flats. - no basic refreshments - I assumed some tea and coffee would be provided - kitchen equipped but again lack of basics - salt, oil ? I rented flats before and they always had some basic complimentary refreshments.
