Lage, Komfortabilit in der Wohnung, Tiefgarage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe.
Lärm auf der Hauptstrasse in der Nacht.

Gospodarz bardzo miły i uczynny , używaj Google tłumacz do komunikacji i jest ok ! Super czysto, w pełni wyposażone , polecam ludziom lubiącym pichcić miejscowe potrawy itd, gdyż kuchnia w pełni wyposażona ( może przydałby się ekspres do kawy i orłowski do wina …), natomiast bliskość głównej ulicy może trochę być głodna dla wrażliwych . Za to wszystko super , możesz zejść na śniadanie na dół do kawiarni lub piekarni z kawą i ciastkiem - to jest super .
Nie ma co narzekać , choć jest to przy głównej ulicy i ruch jest dość duży , trzeba o tym pamiętać .

Apartment is in new building, so everything is new. Size was perfect for familly of 4. Bathroom is spacious with washing mashine. Kitchen is equiped with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven. Dishes and cutlery were also in place. Kitchen/living room area have separate AC and bedroom is equiped with separate AC as well. There is quite spacious balcony where you will find table and chairs to enjoy morning coffe/tea or evening glss of wine. Also you will find clothes/towels drying rack. Underground parking space was provided as well.
Kolovare beach is 10-12min in walking distance. Downtown is 20-25min and Sea Organ is 30min in walking distance.
Grocery shops such as Lidl and Interspar is 5min in walking distance.
There is only one small downside. Apartment is next to busy street, so if you like to sleep with open windows, mornings will be a bit loud. If you will be sleeping with closed windows, then no issues at all, because there is good sound proof.
