Very clean and well taken care of. Only issue is that there is no smoking anywhere on the entire property, not sure we realized that in advance.

We had a great time at this condo! It’s just a few steps from the beach and across the street from Crabby Bills and an amazing ice cream place! The condo is a little dated but that’s to be expected for the age and use over the years! Everything worked great and didn’t have a complaint except you can definitely hear the traffic, so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be the area for you! A simple fan or noise machine app solved that for us! Loved all the beach accessories and they were definitely put to use! Was able to reach out to the owner and do early check in with us arriving early in the day. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

The apartment itself is very DIY. There is duct tape keeping the window together. But the proximity to the beach is amazing.

We stayed in unit 8 which does not face the beach, it faces Gulf blvd across the street from a restaurant with live music until 11 for those with little kids, it did not bother us but may others. There was still popcorn under one of the couches and all the kitchen ware was dirty food still on pans and siverware. The bathroom had a big tall board screwed to the floor, not sure why and one of the chairs at dining room table had duct tape on all 4 legs. The spare room that stated 2 twin beds was not accurate at all. The mattresses we're single not twin, the top frame looked like it could have held a full mattress, it had a good 6-8 inches of space around it. The trundle had a good 4 inches of space around the frame. Room was very tiny not sure how both beds were to fit in the room and still be able to get out the door. No place to sit your things either. The room needed like a bunk bed to fit better. It was great, being right by the beach, and lots of areas to walk to do things, and eat but overall I would not stay here again.
