Construction and Structural reconditioning is slated to begin on Aug. 4, 2025 and last several months at Casa de Playa Condo Property in Indian Rocks Beach. All balconies will encounter some type of renovation or reconditioning. Further, the pool at the complex may be closed at times.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

The condo was great. We were comfortable and had everything we needed plus more. The views were amazing and we loved being on a quiet beach just steps away. We hope to be back next year!
