About this apartment rental
This condo is located in an oceanfront building right on the beach, at Indian Rocks Beach (IRB), Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico. The building has reopened in summer of 2025 following reconstruction from damages of hurricanes that hit this area in the fall of 2024. Pool and pool deck are open. Parts of the pool deck on the opposite side of the pool are under construction but do not hinder access to everything you need and has complete access to the beach with rinse off faucets fully operational. First floor units are under construction on the inside of the units but do not affect your usage of this unit as it is on the 3rd floor nor will it affect your access to the building. This unit has not suffered any damages from the hurricanes as it is located high enough off the ground, on the 3rd floor.
This unit was renovated in 2019 with many modern finishes and upgrades. You will find a large and over-sized balcony in this unit, on the 3rd floor, offering unobstructed views of the inter-coastal waterway with boats, yachts, dolphins, birds and wildlife cruising the channel throughout the day, evening and night. Enjoy your meal on the outside balcony dining set or lounge on the Adirondack chairs with ottomans. The balcony faces straight east, so you can watch the sunrise in the morning or enjoy the afternoon shade for hours. Be sure to catch our famous beach sunsets in the evening from the beachside pool deck and the beach. They are unforgettable!
Gourmet kitchen offers granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, island/breakfast counter with 4 counter height chairs, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave. The hall bath has a tub and shower, and the master bath has a frameless glass enclosed shower. Tile floors span the entire condo including both bedrooms and baths and ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and the living room.
The master suite has:
-king size bed
-2 nightstands
-dresser with a mirror
-TV
-double door closet
-chair and side table
-2nd phone (main house phone set is in the living room)
-private bathroom with a barn door and a walk-in shower, with a hair dryer in cabinet
Second bedroom offers:

-3 drawer chest and wall mirror

You will also find a deck box by the front door with some beach supplies and can house some additional beach gear.
Clean and well maintained building offering:

-laundry room on each floor. This unit is right next to the elevator which is next to the laundry room as well
-assigned parking space right next to the front door

Just step out of the building back door onto the pool deck and onto the beautiful, white, soft like baby powder, sand beach. The water here is truly amazing, clean and clear with no rocks or impediments in the water. One of the nicest stretches of beaches along the Gulf, with literally just a few steps to the water from the building pool deck!
Indian Rocks Beach is well known for being a quieter, quaint and more relaxed town, centrally located right off of Walsingham/Ulmerton causeway and just minutes to everything you will ever need. Gorgeous, clean beach, truly one of the best beaches and beach communities on the Gulf of Mexico in Pinellas county! With its sugar white, soft sand and crystal clear water there's no need to go anywhere else. Enjoy this little piece of heaven in a quiet community situated halfway between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. The building is walking distance to several shops & restaurants, coffee & ice cream shops. Catch the trolley/bus across the street to go to many local destinations such as Clearwater Beach Pier, Clearwater Beach Marina, or any of the other landmarks on Gulf Blvd such as John's Pass, Smuggler's Cove Miniature Golf, etc...IRB is just a short drive to the Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens, Florida aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Beach aquarium, Dali Museum, Straz theater, and Amalie Arena for sporting events, concerts and shows. Downtown Tampa and Downtown St. Petersburgh are also not too far away. If you would like to venture out to Orlando, IRB is about 1.5 hours to Walt Disney World.

Enjoyed our stay, the building is very clean and it looks like it was recently painted inside. Our unit was very spacious and clean! Great view of intracoastal and of course you can’t beat sunsets and walks on the beach. Love IRB!

This was our first time staying at Indian Rocks Beach and I do not believe we could have chosen a better condo! The location was great!! We loved using the heated pool as well, which is practically located on the beach. The living space and both bedrooms were a very generous size. The sand toys and beach chairs were very helpful for our family of five. We would love to come back again!

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing, chill beach vacation. Our unit was clean and spacious. The amenities and decor were nice. The balcony is large and has a great view of the waterway. We saw boats, birds and dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you would need to cook a meal and eat it. When we come back, we are looking forward to staying in this exact unit again.The building is relatively small, so even in the short time we were there we began to see familiar faces, many of whom are repeat visitors to the property. Walk out the back door to the pool deck. You can enjoy the sound and sight of the ocean while in the heated saltwater pool. There are plenty of chairs on the deck, and they even have quite a few communal beach toys. You can see the sunset and some dolphins if you’re lucky (we were). Step off the deck and you are on the white, powdery sand beach. There are shells to hunt for but not so much that you have to wear shoes. We even found a sand dollar. It was exactly what we are looking for, and we can’t wait to come back.Short drive into Clearwater to do any activity you could want to do. Restaurants are close by car but might be a bit far to walk with small kids. Many restaurants deliver, and there is a wide range of food to choose from. The location itself was easy to find. We had one reserved parking spot. Check in was quick and easy. The front office people are very responsive.
