Weather cloudy cold wet in fl in Jan. Stayed on inter coastal side but traffic noise loud. Should have stayed gulf side to at least see gulf on cloudy days. Property decor still in 50’s. Need to replace chair cushions and some furniture. Bathrooms very small but location awesome

Great location, right on beach and close to restaurants and stores. Inside this condo unit it looks clean and seems well maintained. Nice spacious family room/dining area and big window overlook the intercoastal. TV remote was not working well (need new battery?), also need quarters and detergent for laundry machines. Unfortunately for us the property office was usually closed when we needed immediate help. The building smells dated when you walk in the entrance, staircase was filthy with old dirty carpet, but it did not bother us much.
