Good location, close to shops. Nice, clean and safe. Has everything you need for holiday. Kitchen properly equipped with all that we needed. Comfortable bed. Beautiful views of sea and also mountains.

Apartment slightly tired and in need of a slight freshen up.

Hired a car and picked the keys up from an nearby location due to the time we arrived. This was easy, as was the drive to the apartment. Ivan answered all of our questions before and during our stay. The apartment was modern and had everything we needed. Bed and pillows were comfy and that's coming from someone with a bad back and neck. The location was excellent, behind the Gran Arona Hotel and a short walk to the bars and restaurants. Air con in the living was good and needed. Ivan even accommodated an extra nights stay, due to our flight time. Would definitely stay here again.

Would of been nice to have air con in the bedroom instead of a free standing fan.

Gran ubicación. Apartamento bien equipado. Buena comunicación para entrar el primer día. Buenas vistas al atardecer. Supermercado cerca. Estupendo restaurante italiano al lado, Bahía Verde.

El aire acondicionado está en el salón, no hay en el dormitorio.
