Beliggenheten og heis. To soverom.,
Vonde stoler på Verandaen og sofaen inne var nedslitt og vond. Ble rastløse når vi ikke fant det noe behagelig steder sitte.
Toalettsete var løst og vannet rant ut av oppvaskkummen.

Stille og rolig lokation med god altan.
Det var gammelt, beskidt og manglede fornyelse af interiør. Flere steder var interiør gået halvt i stykker, og skabe var ikke skruet fast til væggen hvilket betød, at de væltede når man åbnede dørene.
Der var beskidt og manglede flere steder helt basisrengøring.
