The apartment itself was lovely . Great location , very clean and spacious. Very well equipped and the little extras like water and wine added that nice little extra touch

Getting into the apartment was a nightmare! We followed the instructions we had received but they did not work! First of all we couldn’t get into the apartment block c as there was no answer to the intercom, luckily another resident let us in . Then the code for the combination lock on the apartment door didn’t work so we had to call the agent who after three attempts at resetting it remotely, finally let us in . We were told after gaining access the keys left in the apartment would now let us in and out , it did not ! So once again we had to call the agent back who insisted that everything was working as far as she was concerned, it wasn’t ! Once again the code had to be reset remotely, then we were told it was infact the key fob that unlocked the apartment door , not the actual key . This was all very stressful and we were grateful that we had not arrived late at night!

Great location, spacious, well equipped, very clean. Staff were easily accessible and answered all our queries very promptly. The complex is quiet but has a good supermarket next door. It’s close to everything so it suited our group of older and younger generations. There is a lovely hike up the hill beside the property if you want get away from it all and enjoy the views. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise! Our request for early check in was facilitated and it was much appreciated!

The pool area needs refurbishment but it’s large, clean and very under utilised in winter. The bottom of the front door gets stuck and needs sanding- only a small issue and easily fixed.
