Beautiful apartment with communal pool and terrace, just a few steps from the beach and its pleasant avenues where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. Located in the centre of Los Cristianos and at the same time in a very quiet area. Spacious, with capacity for 5 people and 3 bedrooms, it is ideal for families and business trips, as it has Wifi Fibre Internet, lift and private parking space. It has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.
Beautifully decorated down to the smallest detail, this beautiful apartment is ideal for families and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 5 people, distributed in 3 spacious double bedrooms, two with double bed and ceiling fan and the third one with a trundle bed. It also has an independent equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, desk and access to the cosy terrace with dining table, where you can have lunch and relax. It also has two complete bathrooms, shower and bathtub, lift, Internet Wifi Fiber at 600mb, designed for teleworking, Smart TV, parking space and communal pool in the complex in which it is located.
With an unbeatable location and all the amenities you may need, it is just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the main points of interest of Los Cristianos.
The property has a fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, Smart TV, terrace, desk and 600 mb fibre Wifi Internet, sheets and shower towels, travel cot and high chair. There is also a parking space and communal swimming pool.
The communal swimming pool does not have sun loungers.
Maintenance activities are currently in progress at the premises.
Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Clean apartment, good location, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Early check-in was available, Naomi was very kind during check-in when showing apartment.
Apartment was good, only thing we didn't like was sliding doors to one bathroom

Tiene una bonita decoración, terraza, muebles cómodos, piscina, plaza de garaje disponible y ascensor! Además cuenta con una alta capacidad (6 personas) para poder ir en familia y disfrutar de la ubicación de la vivienda y sus comodidades. La próxima vez que vayamos a Tenerife repetiremos!
