this was a self catering option. i know the immediate area very well, so the apartment was ideal for us. this is a residencial apartment block where local people live; but this is not an issue. the pool area reflects the residents use, and is not like a holiday complex. the pool area is cleaned daily along with grounds. This apartment is on the ground floor and has been recently been renovated to a high standard, a credit to the proprietor.It is situated 5minutes from the beach/ front of los cristianos, and very good for any person with accessibilty issues
In my opinion , on the arrival date, someone should greet the holiday makers. Thankfully a resident was onhand and made the access easier

Really well refurbished property, with 3 great sized rooms and a good living space. Accommodated a family of 4, including 3 x teenage boys
The pool was a bit disappointing. The apartment was flawless.
