About this house rental
The perfect location right by Easton s Beach (First Beach). Leave your car at the property (you won't have to pay for beach parking), take your cooler, beach chairs and your set for the perfect day at the beach! We provide a beach cart, some beach chairs and beach toys for the kids.
Unit 2: Maximum occupancy is 8 adults (12 years and older)
This 4800 sq. ft duplex has 9 bedrooms (5 & 4) with two full baths in each unit. NOTE: Each unit has 2400 sq. ft. Need more rooms? Rent both Units 1 & 2 (4800 sq ft total) and sleep up to 18 adults. SEE SEPARATE LISTING FOR "BeachWalk" UNIT 1 - 31 BRIARWOOD AVE
NOTE: Discounts apply to a 7 or more night booking
PLEASE NOTE: Per the Town of Middletown zoning rules, an adult occupying the unit is anyone 12 years and older. Failure to follow this requirement can result in a hefty fine imposed by the Town of Middletown.

This VRBO, was lovely. It was clean and there is a coffee pot/single pod machine, which was great as it only listed a coffee pot in the amenities. The beds were comfortable. There are fans in the closets, A/C in each room. Blankets if needed. I always bring my own pillow, I would suggest that. The amount of toilet paper could have bent more generous. I would stay here again if the occasion arose.

Someone should of made us aware of that foul smell around the beach which is walking distance to your home. That is the only reason why we booked your home so we could all walk to the beach. Not one person in out party of 10 would even go near that beach as it just grossed us out. Also the bed on the bedroom as soon as you walk in needs to be replaced. Everytime the other couple moved it made such a loud noise
