Open floor plan - kitchen, dining, and living. Large deck off kitchen/dining area which overlooks a pastoral historic farm property. Outdoor patio off of lower level. Enclosed outside shower for sandy beach goers.

Love Easton's Point! This property is comfortable and fun both inside and out!! Close to the beach and all the action but also fully equipped to cook and stay home. We enjoyed it very much!

My family had a great stay at John’s home in Middletown! The house was very clean and it is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. We especially enjoyed the deck and the large backyard- perfect for the kids to run around! The location is great as well. We walked to the beach and it is just a short drive into Newport. John was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We look forward to our next visit!
